Russia’s used car market rises 0.2% to 469,300 cars in September

MOSCOW, Oct 9 (PRIME) -- Russia’s second hand car market rose 0.2% on the year to 469,300 cars in September, research agency Autostat said in a statement on Tuesday.

In January–September, the market expanded 1.9% on the year to 3.97 million vehicles.

The top three brands of cars were Ladas with a sales fall of 6.2% on the year to 118,300 vehicles, or over 25% of the market; Toyotas with sales falling 0.9% to 50,900 cars; and Nissan with sales growing 4.9% to 26,300 vehicles.
